Returns

Due to the hygienic and safety nature of infant feeding products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that hold baby formula, as we must guarantee a 100% sterile and uncontaminated product for every baby. Thank you for helping us keep all infants safe.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take infant safety and product quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process a replacement or refund, email us at founder@chubbicubby.com with your order number and a photo of the defect. Once verified, we will issue a brand new replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds due to Damaged of Defective Items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your proof of defect, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at founder@chubbicubby.com.
